i understand your predicaments. trust me. i feel bad too!

having to spend hours on the phone (or headset, rather) everyday calling people up. having to listen to them caci maki-ing u and all that.
only god knows how you felt and curses them back silently.
but, no matter how much it eats you inside, it's your job.

that is why, every time you call, i try to be as polite as possible.
when u asked me that question, i can only say "I'll try today".
i didn't want to waste your time or my time.
there's no point for me telling you the whole bulls*** excuses when the truth is only one. the one truth i kept from you.

but now you've found out. sending your friend here to face me is no use you see. cuz...
