Stress pulak aku dgn boss2 aku nih….Pasal benda2 kecik, I find that I have to keep explaining myself to them so many times for these past few days!!! Siap kena buat reports tu management lak tu!!! Memang hangin betul aku la…banyak lagi benda penting lain yg aku boleh buat
And benda2 nih bukannya aku pun yg in-charge in the first place! Aku baru je take over tahun nih…sabar je la….

Masalah nye nak tau apa?
Pasal nak reset password system.
It so happens kat tmpt nih ramai benor (i.e. stakat nih about 100 ppl) yg absent minded.
Who can blame them what with the network id, email id, discussion room id, and not to forget the applicationssss id.
Yang system aku nih pulak mengong… tak de features for the user to reset password own their own. It’s not in-house punya, we (as in the previous team) bought it off the shelf. And kalau kitorg nak, kena ask the vendor tu customize… HELLO!!!! Benda basics pun tak leh nak incorporate dari awal ka? Nak kena tunggu clients complaints baru nak buat! Memang Belanda betul!
Arghhh!!!!
Hopefully, bila ID Mgmt system is in place, aku tak di’bugged’ dengan benda2 bodoh macam nih lagi…..AMIN!!!!
